9/12/22 & 9/26/22 HEIDI PRIDEMORE RIPPLING WAVES

Heidi created her own line of quilt patterns beginning in 2002 and in 2004 Heidi started designing fabric in her own bright and whimsical style. By 2005 the work load warranted expanding to a partnership and The Whimsical Workshop, LLC was born with Heidi as the chief designer. Heidi is known for her fun and whimsical quilts which she often makes in dramatic, bright colors. She also has an excellent reputation for writing clear and easy to follow instructions.  Heidi spends most of her time designing and traveling to trade shows, giving lectures and running workshops. When not traveling she enjoys staying at home in Arizona with her husband Matthew.

Calico Cut Ups is hosting Heidi Pridemore's Rippling Waves class in two 3 hour sessions. (3 hours 9/12/22 and 3 hours 9/26/22).  The class fee for both sessions is $25.  The pattern is included in the class.

How many projects with curves have you passed up since it involves sewing curves? Heidi Pridemore will help you learn to cut and sew curves quickly and easily in this class. You will never pass up a curved project again.

This project is made with Creative Grids Cats Cradle XL ruler, that takes all the triangles out of the process. Each block is made from rectangles and squares. In this class we will spend the first half cutting out several curved blocks and go over the traditional and ruler method for the Cats Cradle blocks. The second half of class we will sew our curves and blocks together.
